Refund Policy

Overview

This Returns and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the return, exchange, and refund processes for purchases made from Delvon. By making a purchase, you agree to comply with this policy.

Return and Refund Requests

  1. Eligibility for Returns/Refunds

    • All return/refund requests must be made within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.

    • Items must be unopened and unused to be eligible for return or exchange.

    • Return requests submitted after 30 calendar days will be denied.

  2. Shipping and Processing Fees

    • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping return items, in addition to a $5 processing fee, which will be deducted from the original payment amount.

    • All shipping costs and processing fees are non-refundable.

  3. Return Process

    • Items sent back without prior return request approval will not be accepted.

  4. Promotional Orders

    • We do not accept free exchanges, returns, or refunds on orders placed during sales promotions (e.g., BOGO, 50% off, BOG2).

    • Returns, exchanges, and refunds are available for items purchased at full price only.

Cancellations

  • To qualify for an order cancellation, you must contact us via email within 5 hours of placing your order. If your order has already been processed, cancellation may not be possible.

Exchanges

  • We offer a one-time free exchange service for all paid purchases, excluding promotional items.

  • If you utilize this exchange offer, all future refund requests for that order will be forfeited.

Damaged Items and Issues

  • Inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with proof of the issue.

  • Refunds will not be granted for products that are broken or damaged by the customer during use.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please reach out with any questions regarding specific items.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

  • Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
